I have used Mac exclusivity over the last year's and returned to this device to assist in the problems that I found with them. I user the Lenovo as a replacement for the combination of iMac and iPad that I had been using. Thus far, it had performed very well with many similar features. Despite this, they would only replace with a refurbished model. Returned to Best Buy and immediately purchased replacement. A very poor quality product with terrible support.
