Does this vent to outside?
Yes it does just like any normal range top vent. It can vent out the top or back. It's changeable, just unscrew and rotate to which ever style you have.

Is the middle burner on this oval shaped?
I like this and am compaing it to others. I can not tell from the pictures/ descritions if the middle burner is oval or round...

Can this the oven on this model be used with or without convection setting?
Yes it can be used on regular bake setting or convectional.
