My Sony blu Ray player decided to do a code update and then turned off. It's stuck in "Wait" mode and no one at level one support will send me to a supervisor to get this resolved ! The player is 5 weeks old, been used twice, and they want to send me a "recertified" unit. WRONG !!!!!
