Its just a expansion hub don't waste your money

Insignia, may seem like it's a cheap product only cause it is the cheapest but it works. Just like the most expensive expansion hub you could waste your money on. Please don't it works, insignia and other off brand products work. You don't need to pay for the Brand name stuff just because. Same warranty period as the best products out there. Save your time without worrying.

Cheapest product on the shelf and works just fine

I realize some are afraid to purchase the cheapest thing on the shelf at times. In this case I already knew this product works great and I was happy to discover that when I needed this wireless keyboard/mouse it was the cheapest on the shelf. Compared to the price of the one branded and sold by Microsoft, I see no difference in the product just the price as Microsoft's was approx. 2 times more expensive than this product and they both work as they should. Don't waste you money people if it's has the same warranty period it's usually a safe buy.

This product is a cheaper than my deductible, when the glass on my I-phone accidently, so I bought it without much thought. However I feel I should have been at least warned that replacing it on the I-phone was more of an effort than I could have thought. Lets just say I still have it and am out the $200.00 deductible and the cost of this product. I don't know many that could even replace this glass unless the can see perfectly as the screws alone are the size of pieces of dust and even with step but step instructions found on youtube, I could never pull this one off. I am a pretty smart in this area and thought afterwards as well as discovered by asking friends that the cost to have this done at the place of purchase was well worth it and would have paid that cost if warned by anyone selling it that it was a difficult task to begin with.
Great idea so save some money, but not doable by most I think. Maybe I am wrong, but I don't think so as I have asked many of my age and I am only 52 and they responded as I just did. I would recommend but not as a do-it-yourself project.
I wish I had taken a picture of all the pieces that are required in order to replace this piece. But I was not in the Picture Taking Mood when I had reached that point.

USB unifyer broken
I broke the USB unifyer and I can't use keyboard and mouse anymore.
Can I get a new one? and pair it?

You can purchase a new Unifier but it must have the "unifier" logo on it to ensure it works. The Insignia product for instance does not have that logo on the Unifier itself which is where you would see it. From what I have seen the cost of the replacement plus shipping would be greater than the purchase of a new Insignia combination when purchased new. I would just go by a cheaper new set if it were me.
