This is a fine product to help you stay motivated to be more active by following your steps throughout the day. The added back light is nice for viewing the included digital watch at night. I love having a device you do not have to charge weekly and it's waterproof quality works perfect. I would give it five stars excepting for the cheap band that actually came undone one time leading me to lose it for a short period. Give it a regular watch band and you got a five star winner.
