The Boost does exactly what it claims. Creating a mesh network that is exclusively for Sonos speakers frees up your network for other devices. It's important to note that Sonos speakers operate on the 2.4 ghz spectrum. This is fine for speakers, but if you have a lot of usage by older devices that also use the 2.4 ghz side of your network, it can mean some lag/connection issues for your Sonos speakers. This solves that problem and frees up your network for the other devices - well worth it.

In July, we were in the market for a new washer. A few months later, our washer was recalled and we were back in the market. Accidentally, we stumbled on this machine, having never purchased an LG product in the past.
I can tell you without hesitation that we do not regret our decision. This machine washes laundry much better than our previous model, at about 2/3 of the time, or even less using Turbowash. Clothes are clean and ready in no time, and there is a setting to keep laundry from getting wrinkled when one is unable to be there when it finishes. The washer will tumble with steam for up to 19 hours until it can be dryed.
Kudos to this washer, and to LG for seemingly making a near perfect product that will hopefully last for years.

Installing Sonos with "Boost"
The sales clerk advised us that we had to get Boost and should also get a new router (Netgear) to attach it to. (We've been using whatever Time Warner provided and don't have sufficient speed or range.) Netgear isn't recognizing the Boost, and I have been unable to install the Sonos as a result. What gives? Would appreciate advice. It's frustrating.
