I bought this OEM keyboard to go with my new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 tablet. THe over function is great. Love the quick connect/disconnet with my tablet. It is power by the tablet so there is no need to charge it. My only compaint is using the tablets rear camera. Samsing elected to NOT put a hole through the back of the tablet so you can take a picute with 13 MP rear camera. To do so you have to remove the tablet from the keyboard/case. This stinks as it greatly increases te pssibility of dropping the tablet.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7 " tablet from Best buy. The AMOLED screen is bright, vibrant with incredible contrast and has a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. The tablet is light weight and has a professional, high quality finish to it. The charging system uses the new USB-C connector and charges 6000 mAh battery very quickly. Excellent product!

I bought the Insteon-brand Thermostat because it matched up to my newly Installed Insteon Starter Kit (Hub switches kit). My home was built in 1996-ish and the Insteon Thermostat is designed for newer 5-wire thermostat circuits, my system was wired as a 4-wire. The only solution in the manual was to purchase a separate 1 to 2-wire kit. I am an electronics engineer so after careful study of the wiring diagram for my furnace, I managed to add a fifth wire needed to power the Thermostat (that's why there is a need for five wires). The last issue was I had was in the configuration. I programmed my thermostat per the directions, got it to synch with my new Insteon Hub etc. However, I became so frustrated with it that I nearly took it back to Best Buy because no matter how I configured it, I could not get the thermostat to enter the programmed or "time of day" mode. I looked at the system time of the Thermostat and the hub all kinds of things to include a factory rest; nothing worked. Only by sheer persistence I read through the manual yet again and found a single sentence that told me to put the thermostat into "Auto" then press Mode once more to finally set into "Time of Day" mode. All the other information in the manual is actually pretty clear. So after figuring this out everything now works great! Insteon even provides a very complete Home automation software package called "HouseLinc" for free on their website. It sets up easily once the Hub and your network is configured correctly, my wife and I can control the thermostat using our: cell phones, tablets, and laptops. I would recommend product AND would rate it five stars IF the documentation was updated better on how to set the "Time of Day" mode or the Thermostat display indicated the "Time of Day" mode in a clearer more obvious manner.

I bought this mouse for an Asus Windows 8.1 laptop

I bought this mouse thinking a Microsoft hardware product would work seamlessly with a windows 8.1 laptop. Wow, I was wrong. At best my mouse would work for a while then suddenly, the mouse buttons and mouse wheel stops responding. I checked and it was still connected to the Bluetooth interface but just not functioning. Affter a few minutes it sometimes miraculously began working again. I installed various drivers, changed Bluetooth sleep settings for the mouse, and also tried the MS mouse and keyboard driver package for windows 8.1. I manged to get it to finally works as expected after removing the MS mouse / Keyboard driver pkg, removed all Bluetooth drivers and installed the latest Bluetooth Aeros driver from my the Asus website. one a very rare occasion now I will experience a loss of function. When it does occur, it appears to only happen after I have woken the laptop up from a deep sleep state. When this happens I restart my laptop and do not have any further issues. unfortunately, my experiences are fairly common across other laptop manufacturers too and is not related to just my Asus laptop. This appears to be a MS Windows 8.1 problem.
I can only recommend the product if your prepared to mess with drivers and setting to make it functional.

Great wireless-capable printer

This printer was a replacement for my failed Kodak wireless printer. It has the same android and Google cloud printer services and functions as the Kodak it replaced, but, the functionality is better. I was able to setup the printer (add it to my LAN and install the software on my PC) without resorting to plugging in a USB cable. The only delay was since I use MAC filtering for security purposes, it took a little digging through the printer's menu system to find its MAC address to complete the wireless setup. When that was completed the software install on my PC and Android devices went quick and flawlessly. Use of android devices does require you to download two Epson apps; one to find the printer on your wireless LAN and the other provides the printing functionality.
