LG repair center lost my speaker wire! What to do next?
BACK STORY: BEWARE of LG repair center!!! I sent in my Infinim to the repair center, for the speaker wire breaking after ONLY 3 months of regular use, with the wire wrapped around the unit. They sent back not repaired and no explination, called and said they could not find the wire attached after arrival, so they did not fix and refused to fix it or replace!!! They sent me a picture of the unit after it arrived, but it was NOT MY Infinim in the picture!!! Tried talking to a supervisor who just read off of notes from the person who recieved the unit, so essentially they were covering their butts! They would not let me talk to the next level of supervisor after a minimum of 8 attempts and several calls that would not connect me with the second level supervisor. So I'm stuck with one side to listen and use or I have to go buy another unit. I even said I would take a refurb unit, instead of a NEW unit, which is what the warranty is for, and so that warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on!!!! I have bought the original tone, the pro, and now infinim ( I also have bought 5 Pro units for my business, so the person driving is hands free.) So LG being a LARGE comapny can't replace a unit that I spent almost $200 when it came out? Pathetic!!! The BEST BUY manager in Abilene, TX was very helpful and the only thing positive so far in this issue.
My question: to LG or somebody who knows the system or who to contact to bypass the REPAIR center people( who are covering their butts) and the ESCALATION Dept is NOT the answer, so who do I email or call? I would like a specific number and NOT the main number please.
