the remote is not very user friendly. I love the Roku because my TV is an older TV that is not a fancy smart TV but it works just fine, so instead of dropping a lot of money for a new TV, the nice man at Best Buy helped me find the perfect solution. He explained the difference between the Roku and the Firestick and I am happy I chose the Roku. It is fast and does not bother me with Amazon ads like the Firestick. However, the remote is not very large which makes it not very user friendly, but I am getting used to it the longer I use it.

I love this product. Love this product so much, I have purchased one for my daughter and my son. The sound quality is awesome as well as the way it blocks out sound. It blocks out sound almost too well. Sometimes I have to tell my daughter to turn it down so that I can talk to her, not that she has the sound too high, but because she cannot hear me since she is lost in the clarity of the sound. The only con is that Bose has stopped producing cute/pretty colors for women. Other than that, we tried that other pair with a B and did not like its sound, and returned them for the Bose and have been happy for years. So happy we have purchased not only the in-ear but also the over ear headphones.

Great idea, poor design

I read the reviews before I purchased this item, so I thought I was getting a top quality product. However, it is the middle of winter and this cell phone car mount cannot be used when the car heater is on. That is a huge design flaw. So, I had to return the Kenu - Car Mount.

Is this new or used or refurbished?
If the earbuds are refurbished, they will state refurbished in the description just like they do when they sell refurbished computers. I have never seen Best Buy sell refurbished earbuds, but if that's what you are looking for, I would call them and ask if they even sell refurbished earbuds, or stop by the customer service desk. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between Soundsport and Soundtrue ?
I have purchased both. We upgraded to the Soundtrue when they were out of Soundsport and my daughter was very happy. The style is the same, but it's the sound quality that is much different. Its noise canceling feature is great. Sometimes too great when she can't hear. If you can afford the extra $20 it is worth it! Our store has sales every now and again and so you might be able to get them for the price of the Soundsport around New Years.
