I love that this device plugs directly into my TV. I mainly use it to watch Netflix, hulu, Amazon video, and online TV shows. It works very well however sometimes it freezes using the Netflix app so I use the Edge browser to sign into Netflix ans works well.

Love the Pro 3 & Windows 10

I'm really enjoying the response time and features of windows 10. The reading feature in Edge is so cool. I like that it removes all ads and shows me only what I want to read. Also, the response time is very satisfactory. The upgrade to windows 10 took less than an hour. If I remember correctly it only took about 20 to 25 minutes. In addition apps open quick which makes me very happy. Surface pro 3 is awesome.

View digital content on your analog television with this Insignia digital-to-analog converter box. The electronic program guide helps you find favorite shows, and the converter box pairs with almost every type of antenna. Use this Insignia digital-to-analog converter box to show HDMI content on digital displays that don't have a TV tuner or coax input.
The power button flashes red and green when I try to turn on converter box. I dropped it and it won't stay on when I turn the box on.
My guess is that it got damaged somehow when you dropped it or it could have been damaged in transit. It looks to me that something is wrong with the internal power connections as you described that the light flashes red and green when you turn it on. On my converter box (I have the exact same box) the power light is a steady red when powered off and a steady green when its on. I would recommend doing an exchange. This converter box is the best I've had so far and the reception it gets is fantastic.. I had different box prior and the quality was not nearly as good.
