The first phone I ordered was stolen from my front door. Best Buy was fantastic in their customer service to get me a replacement. However, the phone I got had to have a sim card to work with my carrier. They told me to get a micro card, but that didn't fit the phone. Then I got a nano card which fit but sent the phone into an 8 hr seizure of flashing screen, black and bright. Couldn't get the phone to turn on or respond in any way. Just a dud. Not sure about getting the same phone as a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
