Best Smartwatch Function

I watched a lot of smart watch reviews and visited store displays. I also read a lot of feedback. The Motorola 2nd Gen 360 ends up in my view as the best smartwatch for function and appearance. If you want a watch to swim or jog with to track steps etc., this is not the watch. But if you want a watch to try many free great and fun watch faces, or to notify you of texts or phone calls, this is the best one - and it never loses sync with your phone - which many of the cheaper ones do. With texts you can read and reply from the watch. It has a microphone and translates your voice to text and will send the text back. You can see who's calling you but for phone calls, then you do have to use your smart phone. The watch tracks your steps if you like and will test your heart rate as well. You can load lots of apps to do most anything. The battery life on the Moto 360 gen2 is much better than the gen1. It will show 70-80% remaining after one day (about 16 hours). I do charge it on the nightstand each night anyway. It does act as a clock when it is in the charger. 2nd gen also has improved the watch bands. They are easy to remove so you can have more than one band and change them out. I got the black with black metal band and it really makes watch faces pop, but the silver and gold are also sharp.

Activity Tracker That Works GREAT

Often the activity trackers don't work in one way or another. But this one charges properly, tracks activities properly, tracks sleep properly and also is great where many others fail in that it syncs reliably with your cell phone. There is an app to review data both on the phone or via you PC, and it is excellent. If your PC has Bluetooth, you won't need to attach the dongle that came with this device to a USB port. My wife loves it and she has had 3 others that were inferior. This one costs a little more, but well worth the price. She wears it at night via the included elastic strap and clips it on during the day via the included silicone clip. Although she doesn't like to wear it on her wrist, there is an available wrist band.

This little device is far better than the fitness trackers that offer smart watch notifications. Those devices lose sync all the time and are much lower quality. This watch syncs everyday when I turn my phone on and never loses the connection. Also the functions all work. You do need to let the watch update its software when you first buy it. The battery life improves to about 20 hours after it is updated. Also this watch recharges from zero to 100% in less than 2 hours. While it charges it also functions as a clock on your nightstand. The display is crisp and I love the various apps and watch faces you can download. Install the following great apps right away for a nice set up: Watchmaker, StayLit, Attopedia, Wear Mini launcher Android Wear Center, Connect. You have to put the app Android Wear on right away of course. There are lots more but these seem essential. Great product and fun to load new watch faces.

This BluRay player plays all DVD's nicely but that's not the nicest thing about it. It made my non-smart TV a Smart TV. I can watch Amazon Prime, get Netflix, Hula etc. It also connects to the newest YouTube so I can watch videos and music. The user interface is very intuitive and this is a very affordable must-have if you don't already have a DVD player with the Smart capabilities.

This Samsung TV has been super. Color is great, web features are wonderful. 3D works really nice with the included glasses. All Bluetooth connectivity worked quickly with no glitches. I also bought the keyboard made by Samsung and it connected via Bluetooth and works fine too. Very thin sleek design. I did buy a couple straps since it is on a stand and they insure the TV will not tip over; although I think that is unlikely anyway. The straps connect via adhesive pads to the stand and screw into the upper holes already on the TV (used for the wallmount if you go that route). Very happy.

No fees for what's called the Basic Subscription, however I believe if you want extra storage you would pay for it. But the allotted storage is plenty and no fees. My cameras run mostly at night. In the mornings I review any captured videos (I use 20 seconds right now). I delete most all of the videos as they are usually of just me going outside or coming through a back door. I believe videos are automatically deleted after a period of time anyway. You can save videos permanently by downloading them. Also there is an Arlo Community that answers questions and also Arlo Support - both are great ways to get answers or give a tip yourself. Realize that you want the videos sent like they are to cloud storage so that a bad person once recorded can't destroy the videos by damaging the camera, they are already uploaded. Nice system.

Can you use the cilp Fitbit on the sleep wrist band?
No the wrist band won't fit, but the clip will fit into the wrist band.

Metal band Functional while Jogging?
Has anyone with the leather or metal band worn this for jogging? I use my HTC One for jogging right now on my arm, but would love to utilize the GPS/heart rate/etc... on the watch. Also, how is the leather and or metal band on your wrist for jogging? Sweat/weight...
I would not recommend this watch for jogging, however if you wear the band tightly then the leather band may be okay. I use a metal band and I like it a little loose so no good for jogging. If you really want a smartwatch to Jog with I think you would be better with items like the Fitbit Surge or any of the Garmin smartwatches which I also like.
