Protects well, Screen Protector not sensitive

Protection for the phone is great! However, the screen protector is so thick that the touch sensitivity is greatly compromised for the screen and it is frustrating to type ANYTHING on the screen. But Otterbox offered to send a replacement as they say this isn't typical. We'll see how it works out.

Have to restart my phone about every 4th time I put it on the charger as it will only charge for about 5 seconds then give me an error. Works great when it works though, even through my Otterbox Defender Case.
