Fair machine with issues

Decent specifications for an AMD based computer. Only one major issue
the SFC /scannow command found errors and COULD NOT repair them. I even did a complete restore and still had the same errors. This should not be happening in a brand new computer It is possible that the factory image on the hdd was bad.....
