Thie device was purchased as an unlocked device, to allow me my choice of providers, minimize bloatware, and allow all the "phones" features to operate without functions locked by telco contracts.
Performance is a little slow due to not the best processor, but provides the needed service it was purchased for. Major fault is that it is not Truly "unlocked". This device will not allow you to use the phones hotspot/datasharing feature without permission of a service provider. How the FCC allows this violation in the law is beyond me. So if datashare/ hotspot isn't important for your smartphone this is a good buy.

This TV is a great buy for LED technology. Great picture and features. I was pleased with its easy setup and simple operation. My only concern is that this TV's TWONKY client does not function properly. When calling Samsung tech support, the service end seems to have little to no knowledge of this feature or standard. They can help you plug the TV in, turn the power on and run the remote control. After that they seem to be very mindless over the features and how they operate. So no 5 star, but all the other features operated as described.
