Good Entry level for gaming with some quirks

Overall happy with this purchase. The model I received only had a 1tb hdd and no ssd along with the gtx 1050. At first glance I was not happy with the performance of the laptop it seemed slow for a "gaming" laptop. I searched all through the documentation and could find no mention of a m2 port anywhere. So being a tinkerer I took off the back case and discovered there was one on the mobo. Once I installed a 500gb ssd m2 form factor the laptop really started to shine and feel speedy.
Came with 8gb DDR4 I ordered another 8 2 slots total.
The keyboard is red backlit but is annoying because its only lit after you hit a key making it hard to see and use in the dark.
Tip* If you are planning on adding a SSD m2 form factor you will want a spudger tool to help remove the back case just work your way around carefully. Also becareful of the small ribbon cable connecting the hdd via sata to the mobo easily torn away. Once you install the drive it wont show up in the bios as bootable you will need to use something like aomei backupper, drive copy to copy the hdd partition to the SSD partition and then it will show up as a bootable UEFI drive.
I haven't tried to really stress it yet but temps seem reasonable, the laptop itself is lightweight and I prefer to my alienware 17R4 in weight and ease of use.
Removed a star for the keyboard and the fact that Acer thinks a gaming laptop without an SSD is a good idea this day, at least 128gb SSD for OS is bare minimum in my opinion.

Excellent wireless mouse

I got this to pair with the wireless charging mouse pad and it worked flawlessly. Grip feels nice DPI settings are nice. Corsair Cue software lets you manage things like macros and RGB effects. I have a Corsair Strafe keyboard and this mouse so I can manage both from the Corsair Software. I like the mouse and its my new #1 gaming mouse. Also comes with usb dongle for connectivity and you can hardwire it if you want as well but cmon you got this mouse to go wireless and battery free.
Happy with it would buy again.

Awesome charging pad

Ok this thing is huge think twice the size of a normal mouse pad so make room. Braided cord with 2 usb 3.0 plugs at the end. It also has a usb 3.0 port on it. The top right corner is your charging area worked flawlessly with my Dark Core SE mouse and also with my Iphone X. My only real complaint is it feels oversized and I wish it was smaller. I don't actually use it as a mouse pad only a charging station. Comes with a circular dongle that plugs into the front of the mouse so it can be charged wirelessly. It also came with a dongle for usb-c and usb-lightning so you could charge a phone or device that was not made for wireless charging. Very cool they included this.
Tired of changing batteries, get this and Dark Core SE won't be sorry.

This thing is incredible and immersive. Forget about google cardboard and your phone, this is leaps and bounds better. I do recommend the additional 3rd sensor for 360 tracking. Fair warning if you are suspectible to motion sickness this might not be for you. I get extreme motion sickness and it does make me sick but I don't regret ponying up the money for this to have experienced what I have. "The Climb" experience was intense VR rock climbing when you fall it feels like you are falling to your death mega cool. Highly recommend if you want to get in on the future of gaming.

I'm an Iphone tech junkie. I always have to have the newest stuff. Picked this up and have not been disappointed. Battery life is great, wireless charging which I love. I also love how much screen space you get. Is it worth a grand...debateable but I bit the bullet and don't regret it as I make my 24 device payments. If you love Iphone you won't regret it.

Got this on sale to use as extended storage for my xbox one. Not much to say plugged it in formatted and it worked easy as pie to store my games on it. It's WD you can trust it and it works. Speed is not 7200 RPM but for the xbox I don't notice any sluggishness.

My wife has always been a fitbit user despite us being an iphone family. Got this as a gift for her and she loves it. The increased functionality to take calls and respond to messages is what she loves the most. She finds the tracking fitness wise to be similiar accurate to her fitbit. She wanted the smaller screen so its not stick out obvious and thats fine for her. Me personally I prefer the 42mm on mine. If you are on the fence and have an iphone get this you need it in your life. I would skip on the LTE version unless you need to be "THAT" connected in life.

Upgraded from S2 to S3 and from 38mm to 42mm. I highly recommend the 42mm for clarity on the screen. Little faster accessing apps than my S2. For the most part I didn't really need to upgrade but I like new stuff eh. Love the apple watch when paired with the iphone have no complaints. Battery still seems to be about 2 days worth without charging. Get it if you need the newest but if you are on S2 might as well wait for S4. Also non LTE version.

This is a nice semi modular supply. I've used in several builds and have not had it fail yet. It has plenty of cable length for all the building I've done in mid tower builds. I mean what else can you say this will psu will not leave you stranded in my experience, come with all the cables you need or don't need and the only thing thats not modular are your 20/4 pin which you cant do without anyways.

Good Electric Toothbrush

This is my first electric toothbrush and I have to say I do prefer it to a manual one. Comes with a handy charger and a full charge is supposed to last two weeks haven't had time to test this yet. It pulses every 30 seconds to remind you to switch to another quadrant of your mouth and shuts off after 2 minutes which is how long you should spend brushing your teeth. It also pulses if you are applying too much pressure. If this is your first electric toothbrush remember it kind of feels like a dental cleaning but just think of all the plaque and grossness its getting rid of. I'm happy with this product and plan on using it as my regular brush. It comes with one new head brush and they are supposed to last two months I found replacement's online for a fair price.

Yes it would work fine with a ps4 pro, its a usb drive it would be limited by the usb 3 port on your ps4 pro but you would gain some loading time over the drive that ships with the ps4 pro.

how long has this been on the market I cant find any reviews any where I bought it because it sounds good on the inside and the last HP Pavillion I bought in 2011 is still running mostly good but I am preparing for needing a new 1
New to the market maybe a month or so. Short version of my review is if you just want to use this for checking email typing up documents and browsing web you will be ok. Don't expect any kind of gaming or 4k movie watching on this. Even just using it as a workstation feels somewhat slow with the 1tb mechanical drive. Add a SSD and it will be a speedy machine for you.

Will I be able to add a GTX 1050 graphics card to this build without replacing the power supply?
No you def will not it only comes with a 180w power supply most of those cards require 400w minimum.

Graphics card? Dedicated or integrated? Does it have it's own Vram? Or shares the 12GB system ram?
Integrated graphics not usable on anything but the likes of esport/minecraft games. 1gb vram.
