This is my most prized possession. Great for party's bbq's and get togethers. I read all reviews before purchasing and some were true and some were false. Temperature is very cold in high setting I bought a thermometer and highest setting is constant 27 degrees makes for a perfect beer. Nothing pleases me more then coming home to a perfectly cold beer to take off the edge. I did find a local shop that sold me longer beer lines to help with foaming issues. I recommend changing out to 7ft of line. After this adjustment and realizing the keg has to settle before pouring immediately out of your truck during transport has proven to solve all foaming issues. Great buy, crowd pleaser, always the topic of any get together. Best purchase I've made in the last five years.

Can you just tap one keg with the 2tap system
It has one regulator with a t to 2 lines. So do you need 2 kegs to tap or do you just tap one and leave the other tap unattached?
Not without modification. You need to shut off the air to one side sounds dumb but very easy to see once kegerator is in front of you.

Regarding CO2 tank...
How long does it last. What do you do when it's gone? I have no idea
5lb tank will supply air to roughly eight 1/6 and 1/4 barrel kegs. When it runs out you refill at a local welding supply shop.

Does the regulator handle two kegs at once?
Yes but I recommend a setup with two shut off valves per keg. The original packaging sends a "t" joint to split the co2 lines between kegs but does not enable you to shut off as air to one side while changing the other. The regulator is standard there is no upgrade available as it only shows the psi between two lines very easy to use.

How long does beer remain fresh in this kegerator?
Months but you will realize they won't last more then a week or two

What pressure should the co2 tank be filled up at?
This was a topic I tackled heavily. After much research online I found a local brew master that filled me in. Each beer pours differently and I've had as much as 18psi and as low as 10psi. Basically there is no definite answer to this you just make small adjustments as you go but once you get a perfect pour DO NOT ADJUST until the next keg is attached. Just makes your life easier.
