Quiet, Dishes never looked so clean

First of all Best Buy provided the best price. The salesperson was knowledgeable and customer service was great. It's much quieter than our 13 year old machine. We like the sensors which determine which type of wash you need and the top shelf for smaller items. The silverware holder has a top which separates the silverware for a better wash. We wish Best Buy could install the dishwasher and not just the refrigerator and stove (you'll have to do it yourself or hire it out).

Easy to use controls, stylish, best price by far

We replaced all our kitchen appliances and this was part of the package. It's relatively quiet and we like the controls on the bottom. I wish Best Buy were allowed to install the microwave and dishwasher as they did the refrigerator and stove, but my wife and I installed the microwave in about 20 minutes. The instructions were clear as to whether the exhaust from the stove needed to be vented inside or externally and how to rotate the exhaust duct to accomplish this. After shopping big box stores we found the price on this to be at least $100 cheaper at Best Buy. Knowledgeable sales people, excellent customer service and delivery Geek Squad.

Great product, great service, best price

We shopped several big box retailers and Best Buy had the best price, plus the sales person mentioned that they guaranteed their low price a time period and told us they had a sale coming up and she'd call us if we'd save money and several hundred dollars was taken off our already low price 2 weeks later. The delivery and installation personnel were great. My wife likes the sleek front and the material which doesn't show finger prints. We like the large shelves in the doors which means easier access especially to frequently used items like milk. One feature I wish it had is a water filter for the ice maker. I wish on the directions it would mention that it would take 24 hours before the ice maker would function; this led to our call to customer service who put us in contact with the installer who explained the 24 hour period. Overall we're satisfied. When shopping we found it hard to find a smaller refrigerator that would fit into the small area our custom cabinets provided but this did the job.
