i bought this to replace an old 8+ yrs washer, and this samsung is more efficient and quiet compared to my old one. its also bigger in capacity which helps me do more laundry faster.
my only issue was the installation and haul-away service. when the delivery guys came and looked at where the washing machine will be installed, the guy immediately saw an issue with the cold water outlet and didnt want to remove the old washer and install the new one. he said i have to get a plumber and get the cold water outlet fixed first before he can continue. so he mentioned a good plumber around my area and he wrote down a phone number where i can reach him to resume the installation of the new washer and haul-away of the old washer. well, i had my neighbor looked at my situation and was able to help me remove the old washer and install the new washer without any issue with the cold water outlet. i will deal with the issue on the cold water outlet in the future if and when needed.
