You can't beat the exchange plan on smaller items. Can't beat the repair plan on larger items. Fact of the matter is (I'm not trying to sell plans here), unless you feel you can replace it (buy a new one) if it fails...get a plan and your covered! I've been in the repair business for over 30 years & can fix about anything, but the fact of the matter is many times parts are too expensive or not attainable. With common manufacturing designs focused on "engineered obsolescence"- Get a plan & you'll be happy you did ;)

Couldn't be happier! Replaced a 50 year old electric cooktop. Cut out a couple cabintes, ran lines & slid into place. 1000 times better than what was there. Burner range from super low simmer to the high ouput burner better than expected. Bake hybrid (cycles bake & broil burners for even baking) is a great & less expensive option over convection. Had for over a year & no complaints!

Office 365 trial yes. After trial you have to pay subscription cost. It does have enough memory to install stand alone if you want to purchase. There are also options if you install Chrome & use Word compatible Apps

Will this be compatible with a Windows 8 Laptop?
USB 2.0 & 3.0 compatible... if you have a free USB port, should be good to go. Works perfectly on my Asus Windows 8.1

If you put this microwave in a box, what would be the depth you'd need for it to fit, including all protrusions on the front and back of the oven?
I bought a freestanding shelf with no back and 2 front glass doors. I want to store this microwave there when not in use and would like to know the exact depth of it, including any protrusions on the back or front. I will need to close it behind the shelf doors when not in use.
minimum 18" across x 10 1/2" high x 12 1/2" deep... if shelf doesn't slide out, leave some room for your fingers ;)

Will it work with acer chromebook 11?
Chromebook is very different from PCs, I am considering about buying this product but I want to make sure it is compatible. Thanks!!
USB 2.0 & 3.0 compatible... if you have a free USB port, should be good to go. Chrome OS may have some quirks regarding some of the pre-loaded features, but would operate the same as a storage device.
