Bought this as a backup USB to save files and music until I transferred them to other hard drives and stuff. Bought it for 9.99 and it was a great price. It works great and I would buy another one. Always remember to format your USB before use.

Is this item available in store o just can be purchased online?

Not sure what state you are in but my best buy store had them both available in store and online. You can check online if its available at a store close to you if you input your zip code. It when then show you if its in store or not.

How many channels can I get using this antenna? And is it really free once you buy it?

The channels you get are based on the area you are in. Once you attach the antenna to the your tv, it scans the channels and it takes about 5 minutes to get through that process. As to the other question, yes, it really is free once you buy it because unlike the cable company who over charges, you just pay once and that's it.

I cant get sound out of the left ear bud with my ipod or iphone 7 is there a setting or are these just defective?

From what I can conclude, it seems like it might be defective. Bring it back into Best Buy and see what they say. If it's in the return period it can be swapped out, I bought a warranty for mine cause I rather spend the few extra bucks knowing it's fully covered for the 2 years with normal wear and tear.
