Very poor quality ice maker

Want to make sure everyone knows this review isn't a reflection on the Geek squad service. They did an excellent job ... courteous and respectful.
This refrigerator should be recalled. This is our 2nd go with this model having had the 1st unit replaced due to the service department not being able to fix after the 5th try. The ice maker is such a poor design it starts leaking after about 3 months and within another month it is freezing up or running water down the front of the unit. The Geek squad has been out and replaced the ice maker and done the same repairs as the prior unit and within a few months it started leaking again. The unit is now completely frozen up and won't dispense ice (but at least it isn't leaking down the front).
I'm very disappointed with Samsung on this one. We have a number of Samsung appliances and electronics and love them but this refrigerator is a bust.

We just got this delivered today. It looks great in terms of style. My only concern is that water dispenser continues to drip for about 10 seconds after you remove your glass. Does anybody else have this happen to them????? Is this defective?
Hopefully I'm wrong but this is just the beginning for you. We are on our second unit. The first one started dripping, got progressively worse and eventually froze up. After multiple repairs and reverting back to this leaking/freezing state, Best Buy did a replacement. The new unit started leaking and I just scheduled our second repair and saw your question after posting a "do not purchase" review. Good luck!
