This is by far the best dishwasher I've ever owned

it is truly fingerprintless, it is so quiet, it cleans so well, it has a good variety of variable cycles, it is energy efficient and the third shallow top tray for silverware or utensils is the best design i have ever seen. it has the built in food macerator to remove any debris in the washing water and you can program it to open the door by itself shortly before the end of the drying cycle to let out steam and reduce spotting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this dishwasher has great features. we had been using the dishwasher for a couple of weeks before we discovered the utensil drawer in the very top! so far all dishes have come out sparkling clean. have been able to load all dishes easily. i absolutely love how the dishwasher pops open with musical notification at the end of the drying cycle giving you plent of time to empty accumulated water in the tops of glasses. then the door closes automatically and the fan continues so that everything is dry when complete! genius!!

i would give this 5 strs if it hadnt arrived with several dents on the front panel. they had no installer for our area so the box arrived on our porch....we were unable to self install for several days. when we did, we noticed several very noticeable dents in the door panel. after several calls to samsung we were told that cosmetic stuff isn't fixed by samsung. it was their dent and if they dont fix it....everyone will know. so ladies..the black stainless is very good at hiding fingerprints and dents. don't let the installer leave without a full inspection. our black stainless samsung fridge also had minor dents. so..we are holding off on ordering the range as 100% of our samsung products have been dented.

I have been having issues with my rubber soundproofing in the door keeps falling out and it now continues to have problems draining. I will be requesting service. Other than that, I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher, mostly because it prevents me from washing dishes but it is also efficient and extremely quiet. I want to emphasize how quiet it is. There's a bit of noise at start up then not a peep. Every now and then I've had a load that didn't clean Probst I believe it was usually user error. The only thing I would probably change is the fact the door pop opens a little further than I would like. I made a stopper to fix that but it's such a small issue. Job well done Samsung!
