Great unexpected feature

When I first purchased this dishwasher, I had no idea it would come with a personal repair team to remedy the myriad of issues you will encountered. I was overjoyed at the arrival of my first repair tech after only using the washer 2 times. A broken pump that was triggering a leak code. Another week goes by, the next tech comes and replaces the part, but the heating elements are now an issue. Good thing I have this repair team as they fixed that issue. Alias, Another 2 washes and a leak code again. Another week, they replace the leak sensor. In addition to that this week they are replacing the entire assembly. So, if you are keeping score at home; 4 new parts and 6 service visits. Buyer beware

It get my dishes really clean and I don’t have to guess if the cycle is finish because it pops open to let you know it is done! I got black stainless steel and it looks really nice with the stove and the refrigerator.

I decided to go with a Samsung because I have had really good luck with their appliances - and their service is top notch. I was excited to get the new black stainless steel and I love it. It looks very contemporary and sleek. The dishwasher works GREAT! I love the adjustable racks, the third rack and the feature that opens the door to complete the dry cycle more quickly. Overall a great dishwasher - a little pricey - but worth it!

Flattered to deceive?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: quiet with some good options. Dries better than my old dishwasher with the heating element in the bottom. Cons: difficult to load, top third rack is mostly useless since it doesn't have it's own jets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
