DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DISHWASHER

i have tried loading this dw several different ways and/or running only half loads. no matter what i do i still have dirty dishes. even after using “stormwash”. the third rack on top is totally useless. i am extremely dissatisfied with this product and would love to put it on the curb for trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher broke after 3 weeks

the dishwasher was used 3x and it stopped working. showed error code of 1. would turn on start to work then immediately stop. have to wait a week for the technician to come out. and this was the 2nd dishwasher that had to be delivered because the first one arrived damaged. severely disappointed. and to top that off the samsung slim mircowave that was brand new too has had to have the technician 4 times. beyond frustrating

I bought this dishwasher less than 10-months ago and the control panel touchpad assembly is already broken. I would be even more upset if it wasn't still under warranty

Dishwashers are not Samsung's best work.....

All my appliances are Samsung. However, this dishwasher is a bust. I haven't put the first drop of water through it and the the adjustable leg breaks off during install. Just about everything on this dishwasher is plastic...
I called a professional installer to come out to install it and he said he wouldn't touch a Samsung because they break too easily during install and he is tired of being on the hook for the replacement parts. He claims no other brand breaks like a Samsung kitchen appliance. Perhaps Samsung whould stick to phones...

Did not last 2 years before overflow sensor/control board failed. Out of warranty and cost to fix is more than a new dishwasher. Waste of money. Left dishes smelling strange and has a poor design - many plates do not fit the grooves in the bottom. Terrible product.

Only worked for 11 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 11 months ago and had to get a refund because it was not able to be repaired. I was told by the repairman that he gets calls on Samsung dishwashers all day and to make sure not to buy one again.

We’ve had this machine for 2 years. Whisper quiet. Cleans a ton of dishes, intimately customizable
