No replacement parts and poor quality will fail

Samsung is a garbage product. 1.5 years after buying this the sump started to leak. Samsung does not make parts to repair it and will not honor its warranties. Avoid all samsung at all costs but especially this dishwasher as there are no replacement parts made. So can never ever be repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The water supply line is susceptible to breakage. As time goes by, it becomes less flexible. Check the line periodically. If it is swollen, torn, or cut, or there is a water leak, replace it immediately.

Definitely not a KitchenAid

My Samsung dishwasher was came with our new house when we moved 2.5 years ago and I’ve been dissatisfied from the start. The water pressure in this house isn’t as strong as our previous house which my husband thinks may be a factor. But I don’t think coffee and tea cups should come out with stains after a “heavy” wash cycle. I really miss my KitchenAid!

Looks nice, poor performance

there are food particles left on multiple dishes after almost every cleaning cycle. i complained to samsung and they recommend a service rep come out. the service rep told me the unit is working normally, it could not clean smaller glasses, and my hot water was not hot enough (i have a brand new tankless rheem professional series water heater set to max temp). unless you enjoy eating off dirty dishes, i would not recommend this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The cleanest dishes

So many different features let me decide how I wash my dishes based how dirty they are. My Samsung dishwasher is a beautiful addition to my other Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our dishwasher for over a year and it does a great job of cleaning the dishes. If you have hard water, you have to use cleaner in it to keep it from having lime build up, but that is only once every 4 months.
