New addition to remodel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to figure it out, gotta read the manual. Like the top shelf for utensils, don’t like that my large platters do not fit in the bottom tray with the added third utensil shelf. This is what happens when you have to special order product sight unseen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dishwasher is quiet and nice looking, but like others have commented the middle rack almost always comes out dirty. Watch out for the auto opening dry feature where the door pops open and releases the steam. lol, you dont want to be there when it does that. This is our second Samsung dishwasher and the first was outstanding. The rest of our appliances are also Samsung and we have no complaints. Disappointed in this dishwasher though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean dishes so far

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this because of the flexibility of the 2nd rack and 3rd rack option. All racks started to rust and deteriorate within 1.5 years of ownership. Don't waste your money.

Was nice at first

Bought 6 months ago, worked great for about 4 months now the dishes come out with food stuck in the cups, and soaking wet have to run 3 wash cycles to clean them tried different soap and rinse aids there’s no filter in this unit to clean would not buy again
