Pretty on the outside.

I have been a loyal Samsung customer. I bought this during the pandemic. It went out of warranty on June 21, 2021. A few months ago an oc code came on. I unplugged the unit, cleaned out the hoses. Plugged it back in and it was great for 4 more months. Same thing occured. I repeated the process of cleaning. Worked for a week but now it does not clean the dishes. Of course I rinse the dishes really well. I am completely disappointed in Samsung products and will find another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean dishes and QUIET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t surprised that it did a great job with the dishes. But it wasn’t the model with the lowest dB rating that we looked at. So I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it’s still very, very quiet!

You can trust it with a high efficiency, low energy and water consumptions. The dry-assist fan with auto release for the door, it's the best feature, your dishes will be dry for sure.
I definitely recommend it bringing a great value to your kitchen for an affordable price.

Looks nice, but doesn't clean the dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a little over a year and the best I can say is that it looks nice, but it doesn't clean the dishes. I had a Whirlpool in my last house and we have Maytag in our second home. Those dishwashers blow this one out of the water. If I had it to do over again, I'd never buy Samsung appliances.

Did you know that pre-rinsing the dishes too much can lead to them getting etched with a white film? We'll help you ensure your dishwasher is being used to its fullest.

Worked great for 7 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great for 7 months and then it got Really loud & ended up needing a new motor due to a leaking seal. Samsung sent a tech out and they paid to have it repaired. Another 7 months & it got really loud again. Dame exact problem, but samsung wouldn't pay this time. It would have been almost $500. So i scrapped it and bought a better brand.
