Too quiet that we thought it was broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one I bought had a broken base but that's probably caused by shipping . It is less noisy than my previous Samsung. I don't like the water. Connection in the back of the dishwasher . It's hard to check for leaks

Issues with draining

Works great when there are no issues. THe main issue is the base is not draining and it stops the cycle. If we turn it off and restart, most times it will drain the base and redo the cycle. It' a pain because we have to use twice the soap because of this. I probably will not purchase a samsung dishwasher again.

Good machine, when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these, one works great. One will not drain water on every cycle. Everytime I call support the support agents tell me it is due to the install. I have tried every suggestion from them, nothing is working.

If your dishwasher isn't draining, you will need to check the drain for clogs and blockage caused by food, debris, and waste and that the drain hose connection to the sink is straight, not pinched shut, kinked, bent, or damaged. I have provided a link below for more information.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher in 2019. It took some getting use to as I couldn’t tell it was as running because it is so quiet. The dishes have always been cleaned and sanitized with no need for a rewash. The upper shelve is great for washing special utensils and sponges. Have never had any problems with it going on 4 years old!

Good little Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for about a month now. We have 3-family members visit this past week and had to run it every day. It's been great. Very quiet. The family loved how it 'sings to you' when the washing/drying is completed. Also, love the feature where it opens to dry the last 20-minutes. That was a nice surprise.

Never washed up to families expectations and now dead as a door nail Purchased new 9/2021. Orville's and Samsung have no support / refund to offer. Even though Samsung is supposed to have 5 year circuit board warranty.
