Dishwasher motor pump failed in less than 3 years

This dishwasher was newly installed in our remodelled condo when we bought it in Oct. 2020, so this was not our choice of appliances brand. The dishwasher never really worked that well, and it was the whole "wash your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher" game for them to get close to clean. We had a technician come out this weekend (June 2023) when nothing in the upper rack was getting clean. He broke the news to us that the motor pumping the water was working at a 10% capacity and that Samsung does not offer that part for replacement anymore. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed in the quality of a rather expensive dishwasher, and I never thought we would be replacing ours two and half years later. Looking forward to our new Bosch that we know will be FAR superior to this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tripping ARC/GFCI Breakers

We purchased this dishwasher in June 2020. It started tripping our breaker earlier this year. We had service technician come out to look at it but refused service on it since he mentioned that Samsung appliances cannot run on ARC/GFCI breakers or outlets and are only able to run on regular, non-GFCI breakers or outlets. I find it hard to believe that Samsung does not sell appliances that are able to be used up to todays standard of building codes. I would definitely not recommend this product if this is the case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Still Have to Hand Wash Everything-Doesn't Work

We bought this dishwasher in 12/21 and have yet to have a load come out clean. Even with pre-rinsing and loading dishes only on the bottom rack, they still come out dirty. Whatever we put in comes out with a hazy film no matter what we try. We stopped using it because we wind up having to hand wash everything anyway, so why put off the inevitable by waiting for the three hour load. We love our other Samsung appliances, but wish we could return this dishwasher for one that actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I love it. The only problem I noticed it sweat inside when not in use. It runs very quite it’s a huge upgrade from the GE I had for 19 years. I literally did a lot of research before buying this dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this model 2 years ago. It does not clean my dishes. We even began rinsing very well before hand. We are careful about how we load it, but still doesn't get the dishes very clean. Don't buy this.

Don't waste your money

Only lasted 2 years. I bought a brand new built house. This dish washer came with the house. It worked ok for the first year, then we stated having error codes left and right. First was the OC code. Then most recently the LE code. You should not have a brand new product that only lasts 2 years. That is just a waste of your money. Please dont byt this dish washer.
