does not wash , dishes come out dirty, does not dry. customer service is the worst! i will no longer buy a samsung product.

Samsung appliances are known for poor quality

my dishwasher is no exception. this piece of junk was throwing error codes and leaving dirty dishes within weeks.
samsung claims there is no one in our area to service it so we are doing dishes by hand. we paid $700 for this paperweight so we need to save up in order to purchase a replacement.
just so you know, samsung has a well deserved reputation for putting out inferior projects. their warranty isn't worth the paper its written on.

Second samsung dishwasher multiple LC codes

this is the 2nd samsung dishwasher we have had in two years and each had multiple lc codes. decided to replace the first the 2nd got worked on under warranty and now of course when warranty runs out it happens again.

Worst eexperience ever

machine has not run 1 full cycle yet. dishwasher turns off and cannot get it to turn back on. samsung says it's an electrical issue, electrician said it's a samsung issue. can't get anyone to help get this thing to work. totally disappointed in the poor customer service received. would not recommend samsung to my worst enemy
the aggravation and headaches are just not worth it. would give samsung a 0 star rating if i could. stay far, farway from this horrible product.

this dishwasher the worst dishwasher i've ever had! do not waste your money! it doesn't even clean peanut butter out of a bowl when the cycle is set to heavy, storm wash and hi temp! i've run dishes through 2 and 3 cycles and they still don't come clean. we been using it for less than 6 months! and yes, i've gone to their trouble shooting site and yes, i've tried their vinegar tricks - still dirty dishes.
