Cleans and Drys Poor

I have tried multiple dishwashing soaps from liquid, pods and dry soaps. Half the time it falls out of the tray. I discover it when I am cleaning emptying out the dishwasher. The top rack of the dishes are never dry. Whether plastic or glass.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never gets top rack dishes clean

Bought this dishwasher because it was within my budget at the time. Not the cheapest but not the most pricey. First time we used it was great. But by the Third use it was leaving food and other debis In bowls and glass ware. So tired of having to rewash these by hand after washing them in this dishwasher. When for some reason they are clean I’m drying them by hand. Don’t buy it unless you love washing dishes by hand all the time.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, does not get top rack dishes clean, leaves dishes covered in water
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good price not so good performance.

This dishwasher had problems from the beginning, service had to fix it twice. Overall good dishwasher but the cookware cleanliness is worse than my cheaper previous dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher Sucks

Major repairs during the first year, all covered by warranty but then things continued to go wrong. Dishes never came out clean, & forget about washing pots. My old Whirlpool did 3x the job this one did. By 4 years this dishwasher was shot, & needed to be replaced. I will not buy another Samsung appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just go buy it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I had just bought a nee dishwasher about a year ago. Brand name highly recommended and it was horrible. So needless to say that I jumped at the chance to get this. However, I had to wait till the very last minute to review just in case. I have to say that I am just as happy with it now as I was the day we got it. It works amazingly well, and you can barely hear it! The stormwash feature appears to work welI, and the top rack is super convenient for lids, larger utensils, medicine cups, etc. It's so quiet you barely notice it. It does play a cute little tune when it pops open at the end of the cycle. I wish there was a way to turn that feature off, as if you have toddlers it can be a hazard. I definitely recommend it!

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher works well. It cleans my dishes well, most of the time, except I have noticed some dishes are still dirty if you don't rinse them off enough beforehand. I use jetdry and they are coming out pretty clean and shiny except for some stuff that gets stuck on it.
I like that it has 3 drawers for extra utensils and small stuff on the top. That is a plus. It is super quiet and I barely hear it! It is made of metal and looks to be made of quality materials. The stainless steel doesn't fingerprint easily and I like how clean and uncluttered it looks from the outside.
It didn't fit my knives, but I can open up the silverware try and they fit inside.
I had a little trouble with the installation, but Samsung was quick to respond and we got the issue resolved.
I would recommend this dishwasher.
