Energy efficient and more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Samsung washer and dryer two months ago for our for ever home and they have not disappointed. I do not need to use as much of detergent or fabric softener with the washer and fabrics sheets with the dryer. The smaller compartments make things easier for the smaller loads that need hand washing and for the clothes line I can use the small compartment in the dryer as well. I love my Samsung products!!!

Good Dishwasher but some annoyances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher 5 months ago as a replacement of all of our appliances. Overall, we like the dishwasher. It seems to clean pretty well so far however we have been a bit disappointed with the performance with drying. Even at the highest setting, a large number of the dishes remain wet, especially on the upper rack. Also, another area that has caused some challenges is in pulling out the lower rack. If it is pulled at all to the side, even slightly, or the door is not held down, the rack likes to come off track and is then difficult to get lined back up (especially when it is full of dishes). One more nuisance that I have experienced twice in the 5 months is that the rubber flap at the bottom of the dishwasher that is behind the metal kick panel keeps working its' way out and I have to put it back. Other than these few issues, the dishwasher seems to work very well and we really appreciate how quiet it is.

Auto release feature is a challenge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I wash dishes the auto release feature will auto open the dishwasher but in turn I cannot close the dishwasher shut in some cases for days. I have had service twice and even a part replaced but it is still not working properly. I’m awaiting a third visit for this same issue.
