[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace the one that came with our house. Our old one didn’t really clean that well and we had to run it every single day since we couldn’t fit much into it. Our new Samsung Stormwash 48dBA cleans really well. We only have to run it every 3-4 days now since it can fit so many items. The third shelf is extremely useful for washing silverware. Since we can remove the silverware baskets from the bottom we can fit so many more dishes.
This Samsung dishwasher is very quiet. I always forget that it’s running since I don’t even hear it. I love how my dishes come out so clean and spotless. Even baked on stains comes off of the dishes after one wash. Overall this was a great purchase and I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Storm wash dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazingly quiet! I love how it pops open when it is clean! It is stainless inside and it looks amazing. I love how all the of the buttons are hidden. It is fingerprint resistant but you can still see some smudges, but so much better than traditional stainless. The dishes come out clean and quite dry! It seems to wash pretty quickly! I have not used the 3rd top drawer as I haven’t found any need for it yet, it is easily removable. The top rack is adjustable which it very convenient for taller glasses. The storm wash and Sanitize feature is amazing! It took a minute to figure out how to load it but it has good room and good height for my dishes! I would recommend this dishwasher!

Silence after so much torture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an ancient dishwasher. It had been repaired multiple times over the years. We were so pleased to retire it for this brand new Samsung. This Samsung dishwasher has a great sleek design. I love the 3rd rack for cooking utensils. I have always hated that I had to share the top rack in my old one. This dishwasher fits tons of dishes, where before I would have had to hand wash what didn’t fit or run a second load. Even packing the new dishwasher to the max, all of my dishes came out clean. With the old dishwasher I had to basically wash everything or it would not come out clean. I also had to space out dishes more than with the new one.
The most favorite part of it all is the silence. This dishwasher is so quiet especially compared to the old one. The old one was so loud we couldn’t run it at the end of the day. With this new Samsung we do t have to worry about the noise anymore. At the end of the cycle the dishwasher door pops open and it sings a little tune. Such a great dishwasher that looks amazing.

Awesome dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has a very nice asthetic to our kitchen. In addition, it cleans the dishes thoroughly without leaving any residue. Perhaps the most important thing about this dishwasher is- it's SO QUIET! I love the fact that it has a pull out compartment to put knives or other items to clean seperately. The top rack has a little pull out handle that you can place tops to coffee mugs which I absolutely love! Whats more, is that the silverware compartments have an option to close the ones that you're not using. Sounds silly, but it's actually quite functional. I really REALLY love this dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing Samsung product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love, love, love our new Samsung Dishwasher. First off, it looks great, the fingerprint resistant finish is amazing and it's so very quite. Then it can clean anything!! We've put in very dirty baking dishes that come out totally clean. Never having to scrub dishes again, what's not to love?? Plastic's come out great too. The third shelf help's to have a place for those various gadget's & utensils. All the option's for cycles are so helpful and it's easy to adjust the middle rack. . We like the controls being on top and love the blue indicator lights and especially love the readout showing how long the cycle will be. And it even plays a song when it's finished. We have several Samsung Electronics and this one is an excellent addition to our home.

Nice Upgrade with Useful Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher came with the house we built 5 years ago. It was a decent and reliable dishwasher, but it did not have some of the useful features on the Samsung DW80R5060US. Of most interest was the slim 3rd rack for utensils and the feature that bumps open the door at the end of the cycle to release steam. There are some other nice additions on this model like the flush capacitive buttons, the StormWash capability for extra cleaning power and the overall streamlined sleek design and metal finish.
Our first impression: it was a visual improvement over our previous stainless-steel unit. The recessed handle looks nice and keeps the front surface flush with the cabinet doors on either side. The design prevents someone from hanging a towel there, but we never did that anyway as the towel just wipes across the dirty floor every time you open the door (ewww--gross).
The installation of the unit is straight forward. I was up and running with a properly installed unit in no time. I'm confident that I could install the unit myself as could anyone with a basic DIY skills. The installation instructions were very clear and easy to follow with helpful illustrations.
We kicked off the first run to flush water through the system before using it on dishes. At first, I didn’t think the unit was on it was so quiet. But when I opened the door to check I saw water spraying throughout the unit while the arms were twirling around. This was a good sign—I didn’t even know it was running it was so quiet! This unit seems even more quiet than our old unit with the same sound rating.
My wife and I then loaded up the dish washer, excited to try out the utensil tray. It is very well designed to accommodate a large number of utensils with its own dedicated set of washing arms that cover the entire surface. The main racks have plenty of space with contoured wires to keep cups and bowls organized. There is plenty of room and the adjustable height allows for many options.
When the cycle completed the door popped open like a toaster releasing the steam—this really seems to help dry off the dishes quickly—no more towel drying before we put away the dishes! Everything came out very clean.
Compared to my parent's Bosch that is 2-3x more expensive it was just as quiet and more functional with all the additional awesome features. We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend this model to anyone looking for a slick and capable dishwasher.
