So disappointed in this dishwasher.

from day one it didn't clean the dishes. second service person found water valve wasn't opened all the way. now we have water but soap dispenser doesn't empty out. using the recommended pods and when doing just bottom rack with auto wash pod ended up on top of a dish. never melted. called for repair again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazingly quiet dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used several different brands of dishwashers and the noise is always my biggest complaint. Samsung has done an amazing job with this dishwasher. It's soooo quiet. We waited to fill up the dishwasher to do that test vs hand washing as we've been doing. I'm glad we did. It was a great test to see how well it washed the dishes and how quiet it was. Well, after it ran I let it cool down before opening to check stuff. Let's just say it out performed. My boyfriend's mother was very happy nothing had spots on it and we have hard water too. She loved the top slide out to put other utensils on, but we did notice some didn't get as clean (so I'm assuming it due to being up there). So anything up there will have to be completely rinsed off prior to putting in the dishwasher. Other than that, we are very happy with the dishwasher and have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My goodness this is a quiet machine! I had to put my ear up to it to hear it! It’s sleek and the buttons up too make it look super classy. The inside is a gorgeous stainless steel. There is a rack on top of the top shelf that will hold your bigger utensils even! As with all new machines it does take a long time to complete the load. It will fit a few large pots and pans in the bottom, great capacity to get your sink empty and your dishwasher full! Also, with this type of metal on the outside fingerprints are minimal if even seen at all. I would absolutely recommend this purchase!

Quiet and hard working dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have lived in our house over 20 years and had never replaced our dishwasher. Our old dishwasher was in desperate need of replacing as it was very loud and didn’t clean as well anymore. I was very excited to try the Samsung Stormwash dishwasher in stainless steel. I was very impressed from the beginning. First, the design is very modern and sleek. I like the top control buttons. The inside is huge and I really like the extra silverware rack on the top. I’m amazed how many more dishes I can fit in this than my old dishwasher. The racks are very deep and make it easy to fit pots and pans. Next, I love how well this cleans and love how many settings it has. The stainless steel interior is awesome and will be easy to keep clean. The sterilize setting is s nice addition to this dishwasher. I cannot believe how quiet it runs. When I ran it the first time I couldn’t tell if it had stated or not because my old dishwasher was very loud. So far I’ve been very impressed with the performance of this dishwasher. It’s a nice addition to my kitchen as far as style and performance.

Dishwasher without all the noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE how quiet it is! The storm wash and the opening of the door when it’s drying are my favorite features!! It definitely dries them much fast than my old dishwasher. I do not have to rewash my dishes at all since Getting this unit. I was so excited to receive it And it did not disappoint. The third rack for the utensils help give extra room to the bottom rack for more dishes/pans. We don’t even have the utensil baskets in it because putting them on the top Rack Eliminates needing them in our home. You can also fit a lot more dishes than a typical dishwasher in the bottom rack. Every load we’ve done, all the dishes are squeaky clean!! Thank you so much for the amazingly quiet, and efficient Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a major upgrade from our last dishwasher. It is beautiful from the outside. A beautiful and clean front with no handle or buttons protruding. The buttons on the top panel are simple and easy to read as is the timer for counting down the cycle. It is very quiet and powerful on pots and pans. I also really enjoy the removable and protected silverware holders. The top panel is great for spatulas and other cooking utensils or extra silverware. Although you won't need it for silverware as the main holders have four large chambers. My favorite part is how the dishwasher lets you know it has completed the cycle. It sings a little song and partially opens! Lastly, I really like how easy it is to keep the dishwasher looking so perfect with the stainless steel fingerprint protection.

Silently Pulverizes Even The Most Stuck-on Foods!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the new StormWash system, this Samsung dishwasher pulverizes everything you put in front of it (or above it rather). Yet, the delicate is gentle enough to use it on my wine glasses without worry. The third rack is a real game-changer. Gone are the days of stray utensils winding up at the bottom of the dishwasher. The third rack cradles them at the top away in a shallow basket just deep enough to keep them away from harm. This is especially important when you are washing sharp utensils like knives.
I have put this dishwasher to the test. I have loaded it up with the most stuck-on grime - like baked-on lasagna cheese that had been rebaked again. Previously I would have had to break out the elbow grease and hand scrub for quite a while - along with a soak or 2 to get it all off. But I put it in the Samsung Stormwash Dishwasher and at the end of the cycle, it was completely spotless. Yet amazingly it does all this in near silence. Samsung managed to make these dishwashers both more powerful and quieter simultaneously! We no longer have to wait until bedtime to wash the dishes to keep from disturbing the family. The only way you know the dishwasher was even on is by the fun little jingle it plays at the end. I love that all of my Samsung appliances play their own tune so you know when something is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to family and friends. It’s sleek design makes it look very classy in my kitchen. It also compliments the other appliances. When I turned on the dishwasher for the first time I was so surprised by the quietness . At times I forget it’s even on. When I take out the dishes thru are spotless, this is something I’m not used to. It also has a open door drying routine which helps the dishes dry efficiently. The three shelves is very helpful because I can add more dishes than normal. I the controls are very easy to use and the settings are very helpful.
