Had to call service multiple times. Didn't drain, lost all power multiple times. Not pleased with it

Super Quiet

We bought this almost a month ago. Our kitchen is open and we were concerned about the level of noise as well as will it clean the dishes properly. The Samsung did not disappoint. The storm feature is amazing ensuring all the dishes are clean AND its very quiet. You dont even realize its running. I especially like the drying feature, the door opens to allow drying with heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

we purchased this dishwasher november 2019. from the beginning we noticed we would have to wash our dishes 2-3 times. we thought it was the detergent, so we tried multiple soaps and spot free finish gels and still have had issues. dishes are just not clean and everyhthing seems to have a greasy film on it after the wash is complete. why have a dishwasher if i have to wash my dishes before washing my dishes?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this little beauty has all the features!sleek appearance, hidden controls (which is great when you have a 3 year old running around like we do. its supee quiet compared to our old one. cant wait to wash dishes tonight.

Poor Quality

i bought an entire kitchen set - stove, dishwasher and refrigerator in 2017.
this week the glass top on the stove cracked while washing it (literally just washing it), and then this dishwasher's door stopped locking. both out of warranty and samsung refuses to provide any support, but they are only 3 years old. very disappointed that these items both broke on the same week, and only lasted 3 years in service, and my only option is to buy a whole new set. they look wonderful, but save your money and buy a better brand. they don't last very long and samsung doesn't stand behind its product.

Doesn't clean dishes

after 2 weeks it stopped cleaning the dishes even with excellent cleaner, booster and using the storm wash.
called customer service and they arranged for a service company to fix it. arrived after about a week. diagnosed the problem, microswitch.
worked great until 3 weeks ago. same problem again.
samsung would not replace it until it has been repaired twice.
so we won't have had a working dishwasher for about a month over the holidays.
tried to get samsung to get it fixed quicker. called again on 23rd dec. someone from a higher department will call you within 24hrs to get it resolved. still waiting.
will never buy a samsung product ever again. shockingly poor customer service. they just don't care about their customers.

Lousy Dishwasher

worst dishwasher i've ever used. broke down multiple times during the 1st year, & was abnormally finicky. dishes, & containers had to be strategically placed, or they would not come out clean. and, forget about putting pots in this thing. also stopped frequently, & lights would flash. then i'd have to figure out what the problem was. i began to just turn it on & off hourly until it ran. because of my experience i did not replace this dishwasher with another samsung.
