Doesn't clean well AT ALL

this dishwasher constantly leaves food particles on most dishes, even if it's loaded carefully. there is no water power to get the job done and you can tell water doesn't find the tighter spaces. if you half load it, you might get all dishes clean, without food left over on them. the racks are very inflexible in how you can load them. it's difficult not to sound too over-the-top, but when you spend so much on a major appliance, you expect a certain level of performance. i spent two months trying to get this thing to clean, now i can't exchange it at the big box store i purchased it from. what say you samsung? do you have enough integrity to refund my purchase?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great clean!

I had to learn not to put large objects in front of the soap dispenser, but since then all’s been well! Love the special area for cleaning pans too!

Love the 3rd rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love the layout of this dishwasher. Roomy with many settings. It is nice not seeing the settings which are nicely hidden on top of door.
Esoecially love the extra third rack which we use for all those little items that usually fall through the racks. Nicely organized. No longer stuffing cooking utensils between dishes now that the extra small rack is available in this model
