Silent but mighty

The other day my husband turned it and I opened it by accident because it is so quiet that I did not even realized that it was on. I wish there was like a lock/unlock mechanism so it would not be as easy to open it when it is already running. It is very slick, I like having 3 trays and the option to do some minor re-arragemnet if needed. that said, I had a very tall pan that I cannot put inside the dishwasher because of the space in height in between the 1st and 2nd tray.
The 1 hour option is more than enough to clean dishes and pans, which is very convenient since I do not like waiting hours for the dishwasher to be done during the day.
The door is fully rectangular, so you do get a pointy corner on the top. When it was being installed, the people installing it scratched one of those corners so I was not too happy about that but it has nothing to do with the efficiency of the dishwasher. if one does not pay attention, one may hit those corners too and get a bruise. This is minor, but I would have preferred smoothed corner/edged instead of a sharp/pointy end.

High tech, high capacity dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a funny thing to review a dishwasher because the better it is, the less you notice. For example, this thing is incredibly quiet, and once you have it installed you'll forget that not all dishwashers are this quiet until you're hear someone else's churning away. It also washes the dishes completely, every time, without fail, no pre-rinsing required, and I've never used anything but the auto setting because it just always does a great job. Also, at the end of the cycle, it automatically pops open to let the contents dry - that's more than a neat party trick, it lets dishes dry and get ready for storage.
The biggest feature highlight is how well the tech comes together and just works. It's as simple as dirty dishes in, clean and dry dishes out. Every time.
It's got an adjustable rack which I used to set above my tallest regularly used dish so that I wouldn't waste any space between the first and second level, and if I need to fit something awkward it's nice that I can quickly change it. On the outside it's clean and modern. The black stainless look matches our Samsung fridge perfectly and we're excited to see how it looks in our new kitchen once the remodel is complete.

3rd Rack Rules!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new dishwasher installed for about a month now...its been great! It's exactly what I was looking for. I love the 3rd rack (for silverware), the removable tines on the bottom rack when using the stormwash setting, and the 2nd rack being height adjustable. It fits dissimilar dish service sets easily since it is so adjustable/customizable for each load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The metal seal on in side broke of already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher worked great for about 8 months. Then the metal seal that holds the rubber lining in place bent and the grommets came off. It’s so annoying I literally have to hold metal down to push in the bottom shelf. Samsung won’t cover there product because when I finally called do to covid it was after the 1 year warranty!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
