Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new Samsung dishwasher. It is super quiet that my wife finds herself checking to make sure that it is on. It’s cleans everything perfectly. We love the third rack for the big knifes and spoons. I like that the control pad is on top of the door instead of the front, as it is hidden and won’t be pressed accidentally. Great feature, stormwash, which gets our tough hard to clean pots and dishes really clean. Really like all the cycles to choose from like normal, heavy, delicate, rinse only, and even a delay start option. Being able to do a small wash by selecting the lower rack option only is great when you do not have a lot to wash. Adjustable racks come in handy for when you have some larger items you need to wash, very easy to adjust. Amazed at how clean and dry my dishes come out, my old machine everything was still soaked and some items still dirty, so the auto release door feature works great and is a wonderful feature. This is by far the best dishwasher we have owned, so I would definitely recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

Sleek and Silent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have you ever had something bet to quiet be a bad thing!? My kids keep opening the dishwasher while its running because they don't hear it! I've had to run it only in the middle of the night because of this! I have so many great likes about this dishwasher. It has been a huge upgrade. I'm still doing a bit of testing with the silverware, only because its the only items that don't come out clean based off the basket down at the bottom, but if I try to use the very top tray it won't also get them clean if they are not knives. I might have found the perfect combo though. I use the top tray for only lids and knives while I use the basket for forks and spoons. Oh and the fact I can use 1 or 2 baskets for those days when I have an extra large pan is a massive plus with their adjustable racks and trays. The storm wash ROCKS! I tested it with a super nasty bowl that had left over spaghetti sauce left in my sons room as a science experiment, came out CLEAN. I wanted to try this feature also that it drys by opening the door. It still trips me up thinking someone left it open, but I'm sure I will get use to it.
The versatility of this unit is so functional I love how I can use so many different size items on 1 rack. I love to use the Auto and Storm Wash options the most let the machine do its job however it needs to, but the quick option is good for just a load of cups.
The door won't fully stay open all the way down because of the springs it uses to auto open the door. That's not bad just keep that it mine you have to force the door down when the bottom tray is empty to load. Its super quiet and I'm in love with this dishwasher. 1 minor thing is the side mount screw holes have to use a bracket past models you could just screw the unit into the sides to avoid drilling into the top counter. Mine was very snug so had to rig the install. I love that there is a timer on this unit and the handle is flush with the unit. Adjustable rack on the bottom shelf gives me all kinds of flexibility so I finally feel like I have it all in this one unit. I hope this one last me forever! I don't want to lose a single feature! Oh they fixed the soap door before it wouldn't latch that well on previous models, but on this one it latches secure and easy! Final thought the surface looks beautiful, but it will scratch we use a magnet to indicate clean and dirty for load (KIDS). However my kids will spin instead of remove and flip so it scratches at least it won't show their fingerprints!

Quiet Efficient Dishwasher That Gets The Job Done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is top of the line and one I would recommend for anyone on the market for one. My previous dishwasher would run for hours and I would still find my dishes to not be clean even after prewashing the dishes thoroughly. I do not have to worry about that with this dishwasher, it can do a load in a short period of time and will provide you with spotless dishes. It includes so many features and provides extra options to help get any kind of dish clean (I will describe more later in my review). It runs so quiet that you barely even know it is running when it is on. I cannot believe something that quiet could be doing such am excellent job cleaning dishes.
The best feature I like to use is the hour cycle, so I know exactly when my dishes will be done if I may need have to have them done by a certain time. There is also a countdown timer which provides an even more exact time when the cycle will be complete. There is also an option on the bottom rack to fold in a dish holder to make room for bigger dishes you may need to wash. It even plays a little chime after the cycle is complete. The dishwasher door opens up at the end of each cycle which is one thing I am not a fan of with this dishwasher. I am not sure if there is a way to turn this off but seems to be a way to let the steam out and so the dishes dry out sooner. I like how sleek the outside looks and is fingerprint resistant.
There are a couple of issues I have with the dishwasher in the size of the inside seems to be a little compact for the amount of dishes I go through on a weekly basis. But it does include a third rack which makes up for it somewhat. Another issue being the separation between each dish holder seems to be a little small as some of my plates will not fit next to one another properly. Lastly, it seems it is pretty easy to open the door as my toddler has done so on multiple occasions, but there is a leakproof protection feature that will stop the dishwasher if it detects the dishwasher door open or opening. Other than that I would highly recommend this dishwasher .

A Silent Beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose model DW80R5060US 48dBA with the inner handle, just to keep it stylish and sleek in the kitchen. I wanted to wait till I tried all the features before posting and wow! What a great machine. The StormWash feature is my favorite feature.
BEWARE DRIED UP OATMAEL, you hasve no chance. This dishwasher is a silent beast. AT times I checked to see if it was on. The auto realse drying is so smart. Very satisfied.

Solid Dishwasher with Room to Improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good quality dishwasher that holds a good number of dishes. I particularly loved the features of the moving upper rack, the additional top utensils racks, and the stormwash function. It really helped make me fill the washer full and clean my dishes exceptionally well. The ability to drop the tongs on the bottom rack was super helpful too for when I needed to put the large pots or pans in the washer, and the holder for the wine glasses section was a big bonus. The washer ran well and pretty quietly, and I loved that it made a noise when it was done washing to alert me to look out for the drying cycle. That also allowed me to shut it off when I wanted to simply air dry.
I like the possibility of the settings for harder cleans, just one rack, and the ability for the washer to pick based on how soiled stuff is. At this point I've only used the normal settings as I haven't needed anything extra. However, I do plan to use the storm setting soon cause I made a mess. Can't wait!
Compared to my previous dishwasher (an old almost clunker that had functionally no adjustments), this is a huge step up. This new one runs quieter, adjusts more, and frankly just looks sleeker (the fingerprint resistance is a huge plus. It really does keep the marks off at this point). It's in all ways an improvement. And I can get wine glasses in this one!

It was a little frustrating that I wasn't able to have both wine glasses and cookie sheets in at the same time (I had to lower the upper rack to make the wine glasses fit), and it's also frustrating that there wasn't an option to simply air dry. I was also disappointed that the washer didn't get a higher energy efficiency rating. All ways that the washer could be better.
Overall, I enjoy the washer and would recommend it, but in order for it to get 5 stars, those frustrations being addressed would be amazing!

Dishwasher? What dishwasher?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so unbelievably quiet that you will forget that you even had it running! While this is the first dishwasher we have had in our own home, I’ve heard plenty of others run. While the noise has never bothered me that much, it’s really great to not have to hear it all either. The third rack is great for silverware since I have never been a fan of the utensil basket. Rinsing my dishes before hand is a thing of the past since dried food residue doesn’t seem to be a problem at all. The sleek and modern look helps pull the kitchen together. Thank you Samsung for another great appliance to help around the kitchen!

* Just love the AutoRelease Door at the end of the cycle, (door automatically
opens to circulate air and improve drying performance). With our prior
dishwasher we had to watch for the end and be there to open the door, now the

Dislikes - * The only negative so far is actually a positive! The larger capacity, called a tall
tub I believe, has the lowest rack closer to the floor than our old dishwasher,
requiring bending further down to load and unload. It's really a positive as it
allows more to be loaded in each wash, but something I am sure in no time
we'll get used to!

Oh so quiet and functional!

we spent a lot of time researching dishwashers and looking for one that would work for us. we couldn't be happier. hand washing the containers for my pump before this was a chore. having to soak and rinse and boil them. i'm able to run a load and not worry my routine every night has become so much quicker and quieter i'm actually able to spend more time with the kids before bed because i'm not stuck at a sink worrying about getting them clean again for the next day. i didn't even know i needed a third rack in my life for my dishwasher but won't go without again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
