Kinda works

we were so excited to get this, after living with an outdated dishwasher for so long. however, after 4 months with this dishwasher, stuff on the middle rack does not get clean. there is always debris that gets scattered everywhere, only on the middle rack. the troubleshooting in the manual says to (1) not overload and to (2) clean the spray arm. i haven't overloaded the dishwasher, even sometimes underloading it to try and get it to clean. i also shouldn't have to clean the spray arm when it is a brand new dishwasher. also, when a normal cycle is 3 hours, and you have to reclean everything, you're not saving any time, water or energy by buying an energy efficient unit. i do like how it chimes when it is done and that it is very quiet.

Hindered by serious design flaws

ive had this dishwasher less than 2 months. from day one the top rack has to be tilted (one side higher than the other) in order for the top rack to line up with the water connection at the back of the dishwasher. if the rack is set level on both sides, the connection cannot ne made.
is this the way this was designed to function?
also, theres been an error message already, related to excess water in the bottom of the appliance.
not a great experience so far.

Third Rack

we love this dishwasher that has three racks. the top rack is for all the small things and utensils that used to get lost in other dishwashers. now this third rack accommodates all these small items. great wash cycles and looks beautiful in black stainless steel

a working dishwasher

i have been using this dishwasher for 2.5 months. it gets an error code of oc 4 out of 5 times of using the machine. after the wash cycle, i manually have to select rinse only just to rinse the dishes. i leave door open all day just to air dry dishes. the owner's manual suggests several reasons why this error come up. i have been trying to get company to switch out dishwasher with no results yet.

Quiet but does not clean well

we've had this dishwasher for a few months now, and really regret having chosen this one as it just does not clean well. about 50% of our glasses need to be washed by hand every time. on the pros it really looks great, and is very quiet. it has not lived up to our expectations unfortunately.

Nothing is clean

this dishwasher was a part of a 4 piece kitchen set. it is beautiful & very quiet. my only issue is the top rack (usually filled with cups & bowls) never get cleaned. my old washer (at least 15 years old) got everything cleaned no matter how full i packed it. i have tried putting less items in, filling it differently, etc and the top rack never comes out clean. also, not a performance issue, just something that irritates me is the bottom rack doesn't stay on track. it is constantly falling off the track and going sideways.
