Very Quiet, Beautiful

We really enjoy this dishwasher; it is so quiet, you can barely hear it run and it looks great in our kitchen.

I have seen many reviews of people that love their NEW dishwasher but none from those that have had them awhile. Maybe I'm tempting fate here but I have to admit that since it's installation I have not had a lick of trouble. We have hard water but we use the rinse fluid so no spots. We also have hot water (about 120deg F) and good pressure. I have put dishes in with only being scraped and they come out clean. My only two critiques are 1) wish there was a "wash and hold" I used that a lot in my old machine, 2) for reasons I can't fathom I have to rinse all traces of rice off of a plate or it sticks.
The machine is very quite, but Sanitize mode is louder. must be a pump running.
I have one simple question to add, what the heck are the blue folding tabs on the top rack on the left hand side? They look like they are supposed to hold a knife, but that doesn't make sense. The manual says nothing about them.

Pros: Bright display, Durable, simple to use, clean lines, matches the fridge
Cons: the poor reviews are a concern!

Best Dishwasher We've Ever Had!!!

We hadn't purchased appliances for quite some time. So, because we've had such good luck with Samsung products, we made it a point to look at the Samsung kitchen offerings.
We bought and replaced ALL of the kitchen appliances with Samsung appliances. Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, and Dishwasher! My wife is "thrilled" with the looks and performance of them!
I have now been elevated to "Hero" status!
Pros: Bright display, Durable

Product cleans really well

This Samsung dishwasher cleans just as good as the Bosch machine I replaced. It is very quiet during cycles and unless you stand right next to it, you could not hear it running, except for the drain cycle, and that is just fine. Reading the owners manual is very informative with some good tips I would not have thought of without it. The machine works very well and is completely satisfactory for the week I have owned it. I would recommend this machine to anyone, and have done so to 2 other people since I purchased mine. Thanks Samsung!

I Didn't know what to buy and the dishwasher that stood out, I saw it had slick clean lines and it was very simple . To know Surprise to me, it was the Samsung unit . The interior , unbelievable, with its stainless steel mirrored finish inside! Giving me the feeling, that all the hard work I have done to save for this moment, is about to pay off, knowing Im buying a quality product that will only improve the quality of my home life. But that's not even the best part, the best part is I installed it myself ,! within an hour! It is truly the best dishwasher I've ever used. I can't wait to fill it up every night and let it run silently with out a sound, checking to see ounce in while if it's even running! Being a single father it gives me so much more time to spend with my son, thank you Samsung for your great products.
Pros: Durable, easy to use, does what it says
