Over-Level Water Error

Always have the issue of "Over-Level Water Error" This was the second unit as a replacement for the same reason...
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, breaks down frequently

The spikes that hold your dishes are too close and not long enough. Don't put plastic on the bottom shelf it doesn't come clean.
Cons: poorly designed

Not happy with my appliance.

After shopping for a new dishwasher that had a sanitize function I finally decided on this machine. I loved the look of it and the room on the inside. The disposal function was an added bonus. After getting it installed it took a while to find which settings worked best. It had acceptable function for the first 9 months. Every 2 or 3 loads had to be rinsed again to remove particles and film even with the best rinse agent. Started getting an error code at 9 months. I had warranty work done on the machine and they had to replace 3 parts including the control board as well as update the firmware. 2 months later it stopped cleaning well on the heavy cycle. 2 months after that and not long after the warranty expired it started giving me error codes again. Scheduled a repairman for out of warranty work and was given bad news. The temperature sensor had shorted and in turn shorted the control board. Both items would have to be replaced at a cost not too far from the original price. At least it has a stainless tub so maybe I can get something for it at the scrapyard.
Pros: options, sanitize function
Cons: Poor quality, continued electrical issues, died just out of warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

very quite. lots of room up and down. adjusting racks are good. so far the only downside is top rack has open spots on the ends, might make small things fall.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight

A poor dishwaher

Badly designed racks for exposing dishes to spray. Badly designed also for getting bowls in and securing glasses or cups. Very poor at cleaning dishes and cutlery - leaves hard deposits of unwashed food on them - baked on by the machine. Works fine if you wash everything yourself before putting in machine. Touch controls are hard to use. Would not buy another machine from Samsung unless there is evidence that it would work better.

I'm sorry to hear you aren't happy with you Dishwasher. If you haven't done so already, I would suggest reviewing the tips in the online Troubleshooting Guide with regard to cleaning performance. Since the DW80F600UTS uses a Condensation Drying method rather than a heated dry, there should be no "baked on" food. It's possible there's a simple solution such as cleaning the spray nozzles or checking the setting on your home's water heater that will enable the Dishwasher to perform as well as it's designed to do. Very Quiet / Soap dispenser is of a Poor Design

Very happy with how quiet this unit operates. Cleans well.
The dispenser door is a flap and generally gets caught on items on both shelves. After a service call and replacing the dispenser door the conclusion was to move the first shelve up from the factory setting, This has not corrected the situation as the door still does not open fully until the dishwasher door itself is opened.
