Dishes come out dirty and wet. Food all through dishwasher. Soap either not dissolved or all over door. Nice exterior but does not function properly for both normal and heavy loads.
Cons: Poor quality

The worst purchase we have ever made.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher when we recently moved into a new house. We should have kept using thee 20 year old one the house came with because even it worked ten times better than this expensive piece of junk. The only good thing I can say about it is that it looks nice. It does a horrible job cleaning dishes and leaves a lot of residue behind. We have tried all kinds of detergents and rinse aids, nothing helps. In addition to that, the door broke after around 4 months in. Save the headache, do not buy this dishwasher! We will no longer be buying Samsung appliances anymore.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not great product.

The diswasher was broken down after eight months. Luckily, it is still under manufacture warranty. The technician from Samsung authorizing dealer told us that the main circuit board needs to be replaced.
Pros: none
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Design and Performance Problems

We regularly have dirty dishes after a wash, particularly on the top rack. We go through rinse aid very quickly. A design problem does not allow the soap dispenser to open if a dish is placed in a couple of the plate holders. It is very quiet. Do not hear it in other parts of the house. The adjustable racks are convenient for pots, pans, etc.
Pros: quiet, adjustable racks
Cons: Did not meet expectations, dirty dishes almost every wash

Worst dishwasher I have ever had.

Have had this for 1 year, codes have flashed a half dozen times for different problems, never has worked correctly. Design inside is terrible. Cup rack spacing is either too big or too small for most mugs and cups, bottom rack is oddly designed to make washing both plates and pans at the same time quite difficult. Bowls? Forget it. Never will I use this type of washer again. Oddly enough, I have a Samsung french door refrigerator with outer access door, the design and total package of refrigerator is fabulous. absolutely no issues at all. But Samsung dropped the ball on the dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great during warranty

This product worked great during the warranty period. It cleaned the dishes nicely and is very quiet.
About a month out of warranty the product started quitting mid-cycle flashing delicate. At first I thought this was an error on my part, but after it continued happening we were told it was a drain issue. There is no water left in the tub, but we took the dishwasher part to find no issue with the drain.
The dishwasher worked for a few months with no issue and now its back at quitting mid-cycle.
I do not recommend this dishwasher to anyone unless they plan to replace it in two years.
Pros: looks good
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

For the price, I would have thought I wouldn't have had any issues. Sure glad I got the three year warranty. I will never buy this brand again. I will spend less money and get a dishwasher that doesn't keep having issues.

Poor Quality/Known defects

This came with my new house. It is poor quality and has known issues. It broke about 9 months. It was no longer under warranty as the builder purchased it 6 months before installing. I just ended up buying a replacement as it was not worth fixing. Very disappointed.
