Had a very bad experience with the product

I bought this product about more than a year ago and so now it is out of warranty. I was using the machine less frequently like once a month or so. Suddenly the code after I turn it on keeps to Smart auto and Normal and it does not do any cycle any more. Tried to reset but still same. Even with careful use, product does not meet any required standards and not enough support available with the manual to resolve the issue. Not happy with the product. I had the similar experience with the microwave I bought and ran through rigorous support process.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Started with a new unit that had intermittent drain errors, and progressed to chronic errors until ultimately - it failed to run at all.
Out of warranty.
Do not buy.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Buyer Beware

DO NOT BUY! We decided to remodel our kitchen and replaced all of our 10 year old appliances with stainless steal Samsung appliances, Mind you all of our old appliances were working fine and never had to have the first repair. I had trouble with this dishwasher from day 1, The first load of dishes I washed did not dry, so I contacted the appliance store where I purchased and was advised to use jet dry and run the dishwasher in the sanitize mode , This did help somewhat but I was still hand drying the majority of the dishes. Then other issues started. The machine would turn off in the middle of its cycle for no apparent reason. One day water leaked out onto my new kitchen floor. Now the delicate light is flashing and my dishes are not getting clean. When I looked on the internet I discovered that this is a common theme with this dishwasher. The machine is defective and Samsung needs to a acknowledge the problem and make it right with their customers!
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but has bad odor

I like the dishwasher, but I am getting a really foul odor from it. I waited for about 4 weeks and several washings to get rid of odor. I read online that it could be because the installation was done wrong. I had the installers back out a few days ago again to check it. They found a kinked hose in the back, but as of today, it really smells bad. Don't know what else to do.
Cons: has bad odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good buy i wish it would have a heating option. overall satisfied with the product and the design. Haven't tried it with rinse aid will see if that helps.

Was nice in the beginning

We have had this dishwasher a little over a month. The wheels on the racks are horribly squeaky and make the top rack stick when moving in and out. They also are coming off the top rack where they clip on. Everything else is nice and it cleans well.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

takes too long

it takes like 3 hours to wash dishes, I thought all dishwashers were the same guess next time ill do my homework instead of buying a set
