Very hard to start. Have to press the power button multiple times with a lot of force. Also, a cycle lasts a long time, almost 2 hrs

Pros: Realistic color

The worst dishwasher I've ever owned. Control panel lights tweaking out, if I unplug it, it works occasionally. Now that the warranty is expired, it doesn't work at all. Perfect example of over complicated technology.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I guess three out of four products purchased is good. The dishwasher is a total disappointment. Has not worked properly since purchased. If you are looking for a dishwasher with a drying cycle do not purchase this dishwasher. Hopefully Samsung will work with me. Only purchased 2 months ago. I will say the other three appliances I bought are awesome.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed a week ago and ran the dishwasher twice.Each time it etched food particles into my glass ware on the top rack. Not happy with this dishwasher.

Only one concern

Love this dishwasher. So quiet and does a good job cleaning dishes. My one concern is the power button is hard to turn on. It doesn't turn on when I push it. I have to try two or three times to get the power to light up. I hope this is normal.
Pros: so quiet!
