Unit is nice and quiet.

Unit is nice and quiet. Has ever feature you could/would need.
Only issue I have. The unit does not dry all of the dishes. I use Jet dry and I still have wet dishes come out.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color
Cons: does not dry all the dishes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Existing clamps which is impossible to install under granite tops. Actually they could be used to secure units regardless of what kind of counter top you have. Love the dishwasher and so does my wife.

Soap scum

Purchased this as a package deal. It came with Cascade. It has left a horrible streak down the inside of the door and all over the bottom. Tried using different detergent, same scummy residue. Can't scrub it off. Would not recommend whatever they coated the door with. LOOKS HORRIBLE!

Cons: soap scum build on door.

This dishwasher performs to standards as advertised. The unit is nearly inaudible through every cycle including filling, washing, and draining. The adjustable interior racking is spacious for optimal load capacity. The removable baskets and fold-down tines are easy to use. The door swings smoothly and the hidden touch controls are easy to navigate for optimal functionality. The cycles are quick and the heating element dries quickly. All sensors perform as expected. I would recommend this product (and many Samsung products) to anyone!

My old dishwasher broke so I needed a new one, was looking for one that was quiet since my old one was not. Did some research and decided on this model because of its decibel rating. I am very satisfied with it.
Pros: Bright display, cost

Nothing but problems with this appliance

The motor on the first dishwasher delivered, burned out during the first wash. The machine was replaced immediately. The second machine leaves a white film on the door of the machine as well as on the dishes. Additionally, it has an odor when in use. I have used three different dishwasher detergents as well as started a load using no detergent and the white film still appears on the door. My relatives own Samsung products and have not experienced any negative affects, that's one of the reasons I wanted the Samsung Dishwasher. I had planned to replace all my appliances with Samsung appliances (and replaced the over the range microwave but no problems so far) but based on my personal experience, I do not plan to replace my other appliances nor would I recommend Samsung products.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
