We purchased this dishwasher for our Villa. The renters said that it works very well and is quiet.
Pros: good value for the price, excellent style, cleans well

Nice to have a quiet dishwasher that cleans well. One great feture is having all the controls hidden so they can't be played with by our little ones.,It also gives it a nice clean look. The only bad things is it was a touch to big but per the messurements it was the same as the other one. Just the front door was bigger then the last one. I would buy one of these again in a heart beat. The stainless steel is a nice touch to our kitchen.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Too big

Purchased Nov 27th have yet to get it to work

Bought this Nov 27th, was delivered a week later, Kitchen was being remodeled, so the dishwasher was set aside for a couple of weeks... installed it and turned it on.. it ran for about 2 min. then the "smart auto" light begin blinking and did nothing after that..so now a repair tech is do here tomorrow Jan 21st with parts to repair....got to love taking something brand new out of the box and having to have it repaired before it ever gets used
Cons: Poor quality, do not work out of the box
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer itself is nice looking. We have had a few problems. Like, there must not be a drying cycle?

It's pretty to look at but....

My boyfriend and I bought this after our other dishwasher went out. After reading some reviews we decided this was a decent middle of the road dishwasher. At first I was really excited with the way it looked and how there was a Smart Auto button, and then I used it. I have tried every setting on here and for some reason my dishwashing detergent isn't being used. I've tried different ones and there is constant residue left over. I rinse my dishes off before I load the dishwasher and I make sure not to over load it and my dishes still come out dirty. I used the cascade platinum pods and ended up throwing a WHOLE POD OUT after my dishwasher ran on a heavy cycle and sanitize cycle. We also bought a clothes dryer and loved it but this makes me hesitant to buy any other Samsung product.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets progressively louder

The first month we used this dishwasher, it was hard to tell it was running because it was so quiet. After a little more than a year's use, it sounds just like a lower end product. This has been our experience with the matching microwave and French door refrigerator. It does get the dishes clean and I love the sanitizing option.
Pros: cleans well
Cons: loud

We purchased this dishwasher for our office break room. When we ordered it we didn't realize that there is no heating element for drying. If we put plastic in the dishwasher all of the items including glasses and dishes do not dry this is still moisture in the dishwasher. Should have researched it further before we purchased this dishwasher.
