Soap residue is still in bottom when cycle is complete. Top wash arm drips water after cycle is complete.
Pros: Inexpensive

Why so wet?

This is a beautiful dishwasher. Love the hidden controls. My complaint is, even with drying liquid filled to the brim and sanitize mode selected, it still doesn't dry the dishes. I still have to towel dry pans and things on the top rack. Very disappointed....
Cons: doesn't dry completely

Look at racks before you buy

My wife wanted this model because the utensil racks have slots for silverware. Ours doesn't fit as the handles are too large. Also, the racks are not user friendly. Flat plates fit, bowls, not so good. Would not buy again.
Pros: Inexpensive
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Biggest disappointment of appliance purchase EVER!

I could write a long review in how disappointing this dishwasher is, but I read most of the reviews before mine, and they say it all. It doesn't work, period. This is truly our biggest disappointment as far as appliance upgrades go. Please save your hard earned money and go with another brand.
Pros: looks nice
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, does not clean dishes at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
