ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT USE DISHWASHER AS MUCH AS MANY PEOPLE, THIS PRODUCT HAS ALL THE QUALITIES THAT WE NEEDED. CONTROLS ARE EASIER TO SEE THAN PREVIOUS DISHWASHER.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, controls easier to see

A Quiet Dishwasher!!

My new Samsung dishwasher is quiet! Now we can talk with each other or watch TV and actually hear clearly. I also like the design feature of the dishwasher. The controls are easy to operate. I am pleased with my choice.

Nice dishwasher

Replaced my 12 year old KitchenAid dishwasher, since it caught on fire, with this Samsung brand. Very similar design to our KitchenAid. Works well, a little louder than I thought it would be from the way the salesman told us. Drawback, if you open dishwasher during mid cycle to add a dish, you have to push start again and the cycle starts over from the beginning. Make sure you have added everything you want before you start. Dishes are not as sparkling clean as I think they should be since it is brand new. I am using the recommended detergent and rinse aid. And even after drying cycle is finished, top row still holds water, does not completely dry dishes like my previous dishwasher. One other issue, leave the door cracked because the unit holds all smells and odors from dishes before you are able to run a wash cycle. I always clean off dishes before loading the dishwasher.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: does not dry very well, holds smell, have to restart dishwasher if opened during cycle
