Quiet but takes a long time to do a load.

I bought this unit because it was one of the quietist at the time, however it takes about 2 1/2 hours to complete a full cycle. Dishes are clean of course but with six people in the house sometimes it runs all day.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, no logo on outside of unit
Cons: Did not meet expectations, long run cycle
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is just I was looking for.

I was looking for an energy efficient dishwasher that was quiet and it looks like I have found it. I have only had it for a week, but so far so good. It is very quiet, I had to check a couple of times to make sure that it was still running because it was so quiet. Dishes have come out clean so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this dishwasher on the recommendation of the salesman because it was in our price range. I was concerned about buying a Samsung appliance because I thought they only made electronics and questioned the quality of their appliances. I wish I went with my gut because although this dishwasher looks nice and is quiet, that's all it has going for it. From the start, when we unpacked it I noticed the insulation had a terrible smell but thought once it was installed and after an initial period, the smell would go away. Wrong--six weeks later, it still smells. Sometimes the power button goes on immediately but most times it has to be pressed several times. If I don't immediately wash the dishes, I'd like to run a rinse cycle but either I can't find it or there is none. I use the recommended soap/rinse agent but dishes are not always clean (even with pre-rinsing) and usually still wet. I've never returned an appliance but will look into returning this dishwasher.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, smells bad, no rinse only cycle, doesn't dry well
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good, the only thing is I have to press hard on the buttons to start it.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: sensitivity of buttons not good

The unit is extremely quiet, something I strongly considered in my selection. The one feature I would like to see is for the "Clean" light to remain on until the door is opened or a button pushed to acknowledge that the dishes are clean. There is a light that indicates dishes are clean, but it goes off after 10 minutes. We especially like that the silverware rack organizes the utensils and is easy to remove. There are not a lot of confusing settings for washing. Our previous dishwasher had several settings that we never used.
Pros: quiet

Great Dishwasher, Auto Wash is Great

Love this dishwasher, cleans everything (including pots and pans). The automated feature is great for regular dishes, and the Heavy option is great for pots and pans. Very efficient and gets the job done. Also looks great with my other stainless appliances.
Pros: Durable

I've only used it about 3 times, but no complaints so far. It seems it takes it a while to complete the cycle, but during the washing process it's pretty quiet which is nice. We'll see how it holds up with time.
